Usability: Wash before first use, fill with water and then put in the freezer. (Really, it’s that simple ; p)
Quality: These are sturdy heavier grade silicone trays. The weight of the water or cubes was not a problem during use or transfer into/out of the freezer.
Effectiveness: These make awesome square ice cubes and are easy to remove once frozen. They do take slightly longer to freeze due to the thicker cube and shape versus a traditional rectangular tray. Cubes are easy to remove by pushing on the bottom of the tray and easing the cube out.
